We offer a money back guarantee on all our products which is the extent of our liability.

The diverse range of the essential oils, fragrance oils and other products that Essential Depot carries and their applications makes it difficult for Essential Depot to give advice to individuals on product usage. Additionally, there are a number of publications and websites that provide information regarding the use of essential oils, and any risks associated with their use. Essential Depot sells the finest quality essential oils for soap, cosmetics and aromatherapy.  They should never be taken internally; nor are they to be repackaged and resold in pure or blended form for internal use.

Advice should be sought from a qualified medical practitioner if you plan to use any of our products for a medical purpose.

Placing Orders:  Orders may be placed online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  We encourage you to explore the site, use our live chat feature if you have questions, and place your order at your convenience.  You may use promotional codes from our training site FYI101.com when placing orders online.

A sales associate will be available to take telephone orders from 2pm to 5pm (Monday through Friday).  Call volume is heavy so please feel free to leave a message for callback.  We are sorry but discounts and promotional codes are not available when placing telephone orders.

We offer discounts and promotional codes to GreenerLifeClub.com members and those discounts are detailed for members on the GreenerLifeClub.com website. 

Pickup Hours:  You may place an order online for pickup during the Wine Soap Bar hours.  The Wine Soap Bar is open Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  We carry most of our products in limited numbers at the Wine Soap Bar.  Please place your order online at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that the order is pulled, packed, delivered and ready to be picked up. We do not stock or take orders for glyCUBE pickups at the Wine Soap Bar.  Our warehouses are not open to walk-in customers under any circumstances.

Shipping:  Orders are shipped the same or next business day.  We ship by UPS and USPS, and we will determine the carrier based on the location and contents of the shipment.  We must have a physical address for shipping as some items are not accepted for shipment by USPS.  We are not able to offer expedited shipping.

When your order is processed for shipment, a tracking number is provided.  Please allow a full business day for the carrier to pick up the shipment and provide updates to the tracking status.

When placing your order, please take care to provide the correct shipping address.  If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.  If you need to change the delivery address after the item is in transit, there is an additional charge of $15 and that service is only available with UPS shipping.

We ship from Central Florida and delivery time depends on distance traveled.  You will receive an estimate of transit time when you check out, however this is not a guarantee of delivery within that time frame and may not include our turnaround time for processing and handling.

If your package is past due according to the tracking number provided after processing, please advise us of that and we will research the delivery with the carrier. 

Orders that are returned undelivered for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund for the product cost.  The shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damaged or Missing Items: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase.  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels and send those photos to service@essentialdepot.com.  

Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call us (866-840-2495) or email us (service@essentialdepot.com) right away. We will ask you for your order number, the items missing or damaged, and the numbers/letters written on the Puller, Checker & Shipper lines at the bottom of the packslip.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Cancellation of an order can only be accepted before the order is processed. If your order is already packed for shipment we cannot cancel.

We cannot add additional items after your order has been placed; however, we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items.   

Returns:  We accept returns within 45 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the product price for eligible items that are unused and are in sale-able condition.  All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Shipping, including associated fees/duties/taxes, are at customer’s expense.

Please allow us 10 business days to process your return.

We cannot accept returns of sodium and potassium hydroxide, essential oils, fragrance oils, colorants, soap bases, herbs, fixed oils, waxes, any liquids and butters.

We are unable to offer refunds for any reason after 60 days.

Out of Stock Items: While we strive to keep all of our products in stock, we do occasionally run out of items.  If you place an order and an item goes out of stock while your order is in the warehouse, we will ship out everything else and refund that product, and you will get an email notification. 

Payment methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal as payment. We do not accept personal checks.

Price Matching:  We are unable to offer price matching due to variability in quality, pack size, free shipping options, etc.  Our prices always reflect the lowest we can offer at any given time.
