Place your order by 9:00am EST and your order will usually be shipped out the same business day (or the next business day if you order on a weekend or holiday). We email your tracking information when your order is processed.

If for any reason the product is defective or damaged, we will replace with the same product with no charge for product or shipping. If an order is refused delivery or cancelled, there will be a total refund minus all shipping charges.

Our Technical Grade Products will not have the same consistency or overall quality as Food Grade Products and any variance in the Technical Grade Products are not an acceptable description of a defective product.
