Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You will receive a low and accurate UPS Ground shipping quote as soon as you enter your address when you checkout. If you find a lower quote anywhere else, just email shipping@essentialdepot.com with your order reference # with us, and a copy of the internet page with the lower quote; and we will send you a check for the difference no questions asked.
